IoTLabs cam kết tôn trọng quyền riêng tư của người dùng và hỗ trợ xóa dữ liệu cá nhân được xử lý thông qua Facebook Messenger và các dịch vụ liên quan của chúng tôi.
1. Dữ liệu nào có thể được xóa
Khi bạn yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu, chúng tôi có thể xóa các thông tin liên quan đến bạn được lưu bởi hệ thống hỗ trợ của IoTLabs, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn:
- Thông tin hồ sơ công khai do Facebook/Messenger cung cấp cho ứng dụng của chúng tôi
- Nội dung tin nhắn bạn đã gửi tới fanpage hoặc hệ thống hỗ trợ của IoTLabs
- Dữ liệu hội thoại chăm sóc khách hàng, ticket hỗ trợ, ghi chú nội bộ gắn với yêu cầu của bạn
- Các dữ liệu kỹ thuật và bản ghi liên quan đến việc xử lý yêu cầu hỗ trợ của bạn, nếu dữ liệu đó có thể liên kết đến bạn
2. Cách yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu
Nếu bạn muốn yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu của mình, vui lòng gửi yêu cầu tới:
- Email: support@iotlabs.vn
- Tiêu đề email:
Yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu Facebook - Nội dung nên bao gồm:
- Họ tên của bạn
- Link Facebook cá nhân hoặc tên hiển thị trên Messenger
- Thông tin giúp chúng tôi xác định cuộc trò chuyện hoặc yêu cầu hỗ trợ của bạn
- Mô tả ngắn về yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu
3. Quy trình xử lý
Sau khi nhận được yêu cầu hợp lệ, IoTLabs sẽ:
- Xác minh thông tin cần thiết để đảm bảo yêu cầu đến từ đúng chủ thể dữ liệu hoặc người được ủy quyền hợp pháp
- Xem xét dữ liệu liên quan trong hệ thống
- Xóa hoặc ẩn danh dữ liệu phù hợp, trừ khi pháp luật yêu cầu chúng tôi phải lưu giữ một phần dữ liệu nhất định
4. Thời gian xử lý
Chúng tôi cố gắng xử lý yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu trong vòng 7 ngày làm việc kể từ khi xác minh đầy đủ thông tin cần thiết. Trong một số trường hợp phức tạp, thời gian xử lý có thể lâu hơn, và chúng tôi sẽ thông báo cho bạn nếu cần.
5. Trường hợp không thể xóa ngay toàn bộ dữ liệu
Một số dữ liệu có thể được giữ lại trong phạm vi cần thiết nếu:
- Pháp luật yêu cầu lưu trữ
- Dữ liệu cần thiết để giải quyết tranh chấp, khiếu nại hoặc nghĩa vụ pháp lý
- Dữ liệu đã được sao lưu kỹ thuật và sẽ được xóa theo chu kỳ lưu trữ phù hợp

IoTLabs respects user privacy and supports the deletion of personal data processed through Facebook Messenger and our related services.
1. What data may be deleted
When you submit a deletion request, we may delete information associated with you in IoTLabs support systems, including but not limited to:
- Public profile information provided by Facebook/Messenger to our application
- Messages you have sent to the IoTLabs Facebook page or support system
- Customer support conversation data, support tickets, and internal notes associated with your request
- Technical logs and processing records related to your support request, where such data can reasonably be linked to you
2. How to request data deletion
If you would like to request deletion of your data, please contact us at:

- Email subject:
Facebook Data Deletion Request - Please include:
- Your full name
- Your Facebook profile link or Messenger display name
- Information that helps us identify your conversation or support request
- A short description of your deletion request
3. Processing procedure
After receiving a valid request, IoTLabs will:
- Verify the information necessary to confirm that the request is submitted by the data subject or an authorized person
- Review the relevant data in our systems
- Delete or anonymize the applicable data, unless we are legally required to retain certain information
4. Processing time
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 7 business days after receiving all required information. In complex cases, processing may take longer, and we will notify you if additional time is needed.
5. Cases where immediate full deletion may not be possible
Some data may be retained when necessary for:
- Legal or regulatory compliance
- Resolving disputes, complaints, or legal obligations
- Technical backups, which may be removed according to the applicable retention cycle
